Current Mood:Working emoticon Working

First of all, I’d like to thank those of you who kept us in your thoughts… it means a lot to me. I also found out this morning that a prayer chain had been started on a North American cat mailing list… I can’t express the overwhelming gratitude I feel in words, so I’ll just say thank you so much.

The tl;dr version is that the surgery went without a hitch and that she’s awake (and stoned). I will probably be able to take her home Monday. No idea what food she’ll be on as of yet (she needs to be on a low-residue diet, and her current food technically IS that, but the vet’s looking this up and talking to Royal Canin).
